About Me

I'm Kevin Diaz. I’m a thoughtful and creative Content Specialist who thrives on storytelling, clarity, and connection. I enjoy working with both strategy and spontaneity, whether it’s planning content calendars or writing last-minute headlines that land.

I graduated from the University of North Texas with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism. There, I honed my voice as an editor and opinion writer for the North Texas Daily, where I explored everything from pop culture to politics. I’ve also judged editorial contests for the Society of Professional Journalists (SPJ).

I enjoy marketing because it’s a form of storytelling. Content should meet people where they are — on their screens, in their routines, and in their heads. From press releases to podcast scripts, I believe in meeting moments and emotions with message and meaning.

I’ve developed fluency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, InDesign, Hubspot, and Constant Contact. These tools helped bring campaigns to life during my time at RedSail Technologies, a healthcare software company serving thousands of pharmacies and millions of patients. There, I was responsible for email and social copy, podcast coordination, newsletter curation, trade show marketing, and building a company stylebook from scratch.

I was also chosen as the first-ever “Employee Spotlight” at RedSail. Recognition aside, it reminded me that good work gets noticed and great work gets shared.

I aim to make content that informs, enlightens, and entertains our audience. Writing with intention, I want to help brands speak with authenticity and people feel seen by brands.
